Another project was for CNN, Sony, and TeleVista (Mexico) Media
Production Suite was a way to digitize, store, and retrieve
footage. This project was part of DB2's Telecommunications and Media
Division. In a state of the division talk, our division chairman said
that this is expected to be a $20B industry for IBM within the next
decade
